Terms of Service.
if you're planning to commission me, please read!
| GENERAL |

| Please be polite. Rude behavior will not be tolerated. |
| I'm allowed to decline any commission without explanation, so please don't send the money before I accept your request. |
| REQUIREMENTS |

| I will ask for a reference of each character you want me to draw. Clear and complete image references are highly recommended and appreciated. Photography of real people and written references are also accepted as references but must be really clear and/or complete. |
| I will ask for your e-mail address to send the invoice to, if applicable. |
| YOUR EXPERIENCE |

| Don’t hesitate to ask me anything you’re wondering about my commissions that is not already stated here! I’ll be glad to explain further. |
| You’re allowed to ask for a WIP (work in progress shot) at any time of the process. Please give me at least a week before asking for the first WIP. |
| After the commission is done, if you notice I've made any mistakes on the character's design (this is why clear references are important!) you're allowed to ask me to do minimal corrections. |
| Most terms after this point are flexible. They'll act as default rules but I am willing to come to an agreement with the commissioner's own terms if they're previously discussed with me. |
| PAYMENT |

| I normally accept PayPal USD only, unless stated otherwise. |
| All commissions must be paid in full upfront. |
| If the payment method is PayPal, I will be sending you an invoice. Other PayPal methods will not be accepted for safety reasons. |
| It's not needed, but I'll be really thankful if you add a tip! :) |
| CANCELING |

| If the money has not been sent yet, you can cancel the commission request at any time and without an explanation. |
| You initially have no right to demand a refund under any circumstances after the payment is received. Please, refrain from chargebacking before coming to an agreement with me beforehand. |
| TIMES & DEADLINES |
|---|
| I usually take 1-3 weeks to finish a commission once it’s first on my to-do list. If my to-do list is crowded I’ll give you updates about your commission’s place from time to time. |
| The default deadline is 3 months from the moment of payment. |
| You can request your own custom deadline, but the commission might be charged extra depending on: proximity to the date itself, number of commissions in my to-do list before yours, time of the year. |
| If for some extreme reason I can’t meet a deadline, you’re allowed to ask for a full refund. This applies to both the default deadline and custom deadlines. I will cover the transaction fees myself so you recover all the money you had sent me. |
| RIGHTS |

| non-commercial commissions are for personal use only. Initially you are not allowed to: sell my art as merchandise or promote your business with it, edit or make bases out of my artwork, nor use my art as a vtuber model/pngtuber. |
| if you’re interested in using a non-commercial commission you had previously purchased from me for commercial purposes, you can buy the commercial rights from me. Please contact me so we can discuss it! |
| I hold full rights over my artwork. I can use the finished piece as a commission example, submit it to other sites and promote myself with it. Proper credit will always be given to the character’s respective owner. |
| DOs & DON'Ts |

| I do draw mostly anything humanoid (humans, kemonomimis, dolls, etc). |
| I don't draw any type of NSFW (soft gore can be discussed, though). |
| I don’t draw mecha, ponies, or old-looking people. |
| I don’t consider myself experienced in furry art but I am willing to try! |
